10.Salted Caramel Maple Nut Clusters

In 10th place came these Salted Caramel Maple Nut Clusters. Requiring only 5 ingredients, and 10 minutes to make, it's one of my favourite quick treats.

9.HomemadeVegan Cashew Ricotta

Delicious as a spread on crackers, raw veggies, or can be baked intoa. Hello yummy comfort food!

8.Peanut Thai Salad with Grilled Tofu

I love me some salad, but what do I love even more than salad? A Thai inspired salad with so many scrumptious layers of veggies, grilled tofu, and all topped off with a Thai peanut butter dressing

7.Creamy Cashew Caesar Salad Dressing

This is still my ultimate favourite guilt-free salad dressing. It's so creamy and caesar-y you would never know that it was vegan and healthy!

6.Carrot Fries

One of my favourite ways to take an otherwise kinda boring veggie (no offense carrot!) and turn in into a star of the dish. Some people didn't like how they are a little bit charred, so if that's you, just keep an eye on them when they are cooking. I, on the other hand, am that person who loves all the little burnt bits. It tastes like burning.... Omnomnom.

5.

Not just one recipe but a collection of recipes. Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole, Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Quick Onion Gravy... drool. This is your cheat sheet of veganizing the classics!

4.Puff Pastry Wrapped Lentil Loaf

Nope, you don't have to feature a dead bird on the table. This recipe works great for a formal event like Thanksgiving or Christmas. It's super pretty weaved with puff pastry, and inside is a hearty, flavourful lentil loaf. Pour on someQuick Onion Gravy, or your favourite BBQ sauce, and you are in delicious, hearty, heaven.

3.The Best Vegan Vanilla Cupcakes

I guess these really are the best! Woot! I know they are my favourite basic cupcake. I have served these bad boys to vegans and omni alike, and I will tell you a secret: if you don't tell anyonethey are vegan, no one will have any idea! Muhahaha. Classics are great, but if you are looking to kick it up a notch, try myVegan Gingerbread Cupcakes.

2.5 Vegan Sandwiches

Another collection of recipes. (I am seeing a trend here). A delicious sandwich recipe for every day of the week. My go to is the Chickpea Salad Sandwich recipe, but that T.L.T. is staring me in the face right now!

1.Cucumber Avocado Rolls

The most popular recipe of the year are my Cucumber Avocado Rolls! This recipe has been pinned over103 THOUSAND timesand counting! The funny thing is that this recipe was a result of a mistake. I made the avocado filling with other intentions, which I can't even remember now, but that recipe failed.I found a cucumber in my fridge and made these little dudes. The lesson learned? Mistakes are awesome! They turned out to be such a cute little unexpected app. that arelittle mouth explosions with every bite.
